Oswaldo Romero currently participates with selected insurance plans for eligible psychiatric and behavioral health services, including:

• Aetna

• Behavioral Health Systems (BHS)

• Cigna

• Medicare

• Optum Behavioral Health

• MultiPlan

• Selected Maryland Medicaid managed-care plans

Insurance participation may vary by the specific plan, product, employer, managed-care organization, provider, and service requested.

Please provide your complete insurance information when requesting an appointment. Our office may verify eligibility and benefits before your visit; however, verification does not guarantee that your insurance company will cover or pay for services.

Patients are responsible for applicable:

• Copayments

• Deductibles

• Coinsurance

• Noncovered services

• Charges denied by their insurance plan

Before Your Appointment

Please submit accurate insurance information before your appointment, including photographs of the front and back of your insurance card when requested.

Any required copayment, deductible, or coinsurance may be collected at the time of service.
