Insurance & Fees

R&K Wellness Group is currently completing the insurance credentialing process and preparing to open for patient care. We are not yet scheduling patient appointments.

As credentialing is completed, this page will be updated with the insurance plans we are able to accept, the services covered under each plan, and any self-pay fee information when applicable.

Important Insurance Notice

Insurance participation can vary by provider, service type, plan, network, and patient benefit design. Even if R&K Wellness Group or one of our providers is listed as in-network with an insurance company, patients are still responsible for confirming their individual benefits, eligibility, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, referral requirements, and prior authorization requirements before receiving care.

R&K Wellness Group cannot guarantee payment by an insurance company. Final coverage decisions are made by the patient’s insurance plan.

Current Credentialing Status

The information below reflects our current credentialing progress. Some payer enrollments have been approved, while others are still pending. We are not yet scheduling appointments.

Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Services

Applications are currently in process for:

  • RR Medicare

  • CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

  • Behavioral Health System

*Aetna is currently listed as having a tentative effective date, but patients should not assume coverage is active until final confirmation is received.

At this time, the following are not available due to panel closure or payer limitations:

Self-Pay Fees

Self-pay fee information is not yet available because R&K Wellness Group is still completing credentialing and preparing to open for patient care.

Before appointments become available, we will post clear information about any self-pay options, payment expectations, and fees for services that may not be covered by insurance.

Patients will be informed of applicable fees before receiving services.

Before Scheduling

Once appointments become available, patients should contact their insurance plan directly to confirm:

  • Whether R&K Wellness Group is in-network

  • Whether the specific provider is in-network

  • Whether the requested service is covered

  • Whether a referral or authorization is required

  • Copay, deductible, and coinsurance amounts

  • Telehealth coverage, if applicable

Patients are responsible for charges not paid by their insurance plan, including non-covered services, unmet deductibles, copays, coinsurance, missed appointment fees, or services denied by insurance.

This page will be updated as additional insurance approvals are received.

Once R&K Wellness Group is ready to begin scheduling patients, appointment information will be posted on the Appointments page. Until then, prospective patients may use the contact form to join the interest list and receive updates when scheduling becomes available.
